I am so grateful that we chose to have Havenhill build our dream home. They made what is usually an extremely stressful process much more enjoyable and less stressful than I could have imagined. When problems or issues did arise they were quick to listen to my concerns and find a solution. Zack in particular was very patient with the “freak out” moments I had. In addition to their process being smooth they also built an exceptional home. The craftsmanship of their subs was outstanding and if it ever wasn’t Zack and Taylor made sure the work was fixed to their standards, which are high. The stellar management of the process enables our home to be finished from tear-down of the existing home to final inspection in about 13 months, which is an outstanding timeline for a custom home the size of our build. On top of that every person who works for Havenhill is a genuinely good person and enjoyable to be around, people you would choose to hang out with even if they weren’t building your house. There were friendships built in addition to a house. I recommend building with Havenhill for anyone who wants high quality craftsmanship done at a fair price and in a timely manner.
