DAVID FOWLER | Partner and Co-Founder – David started his career as a real estate attorney with a large regional law firm in Phoenix, Arizona, where he developed a broad legal practice in real estate transactions.  While practicing law, he gained great experience in commercial and residential acquisition and disposition, entitlement, development and finance.  After 5 years of practicing law at the law firm, David decided to get closer to the business side of his practice and accepted an in-house regional counsel position with a large national home builder in the Phoenix, AZ area.  After 2 years as in-house counsel, David was promoted to Vice President of Land, where he served an additional 3 years on the executive team. While serving as Vice President of Land, David was responsible for the company’s acquisition, entitlement and development of the company's land assets.  As a result of David's experience working at a national home builder, when the opportunity presented itself to start his own construction company, he embraced the opportunity and never looked back.  David believes in doing his part to ensure homeowners have a good experience building their dream home with honest and competent contractors, for this reason he became an active board member of the Northern Wasatch Home Builders Association, and is currently serving as its President.  Through David's various positions and responsibilities over the years, he has developed a broad range of skills and abilities, which has provided him a solid foundation of knowledge and experience in the residential and construction industry.   David received his BA from the University of Utah and his JD from the University of San Diego.   David maintains the B-100 contractors license for the company and continues to maintain his Utah law license with the Utah Bar.

TONY COOMBS | Partner and Co-Founder – Tony started his real estate career at NAI Commercial Real Estate Company. While at NAI, Tony became an expert at marketing, selling and purchasing residential land. In this role, Tony had the opportunity to market and sale the land assets for South Mountain LLC, one of the largest master planned communities in the Valley.   As a result of Tony’s residential land experience, Tony has established strong professional relationships with many of the local developers, lenders, brokers and home builders. In 2002, Tony decided to leave NAI to work for Symphony Homes as Vice President of Acquisition and Development. Under this role, Tony was responsible for the acquisition, entitlement and development of the company’s land assets. These experiences have provided Tony with valuable industry insight and experience. Tony has a bachelor’s degree in consumer economics from the University of Utah.

LUKE POMEROY | Purchasing Manager- Construction and project management have always been a motivating concentration for Luke.  Refining and honing his ability to effectively manage all aspects of construction was the driving force in achieving a Bachelor of Science Degree from Weber State University School of Construction Management.  Past experience in pre-construction and post permit activities effectively align Luke to assist us in the construction process.  In addition to his time at Havenhill Homes, Luke has developed a valuable understanding of these areas through self-starting projects in residential construction.  Above all else, Luke is an unconditional perfectionist in relation to construction quality, process satisfaction and exceeding the expectations of our clients.

ZACK MORBY | Construction Manager- Zack  started his career in construction at a very young age.  He first began by framing homes.  He then worked many aspects of the custom cabinetry and finish carpentry side of the construction process, including drafting, estimating, installation and project management.  After many years of hands on experience, Zack made the decision  to continue his growth by achieving a degree in construction.  While starting a family and working full time, he was able to graduate from Weber State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management with Honors.  While attending school, Zack’s time management and organizational skills grew immensely, both of these skills help him manage custom home projects effectively.  He also became a member of the Sigma Lambda Chi Construction Honor Society.  Zack loves the construction industry.  His light-hearted and calm demeanor help him attack the challenges of home building with overall success.  He enjoys building high-end custom homes and we are thrilled to include him as a member of the Havenhill Homes team.
